The new version 2.5 of the 3millID® mobile application introduces several new features, based on feedback from customers who prefer minimal interaction with their mobile devices and want to minimize the need to launch the app.

The key features introduced in this latest version include:

1. Phone as a Badge: Users can now utilize their phones as badges, simply by presenting it to a reader while the 3millID® mobile application runs in the background.
2. Widgets: A convenient "Swipe Right" interaction on a phone's locked or home screen allows users to easily launch the 3millID® application, perform a nearby door search, or initiate a pathway.
3. Shake to Open: By shaking their phone over a turnstile reader, users can instantly send their credential from the 3millID® mobile app.

Please note that in order to use the 3millID® mobile app, your organization must be set up with 3millID® Readers and have the ability to issue 3millID Mobile Credentials.

The complete 3millID® mobile offering includes the 3millID mobile smartphone app, Bluetooth® enabled readers (model numbers 3MIL-R11030, 3MIL-R11330, 3MIL-R11320, and 3MIL-R11325), and Mobile Credentials. These components work together seamlessly through our cloud server, providing compatibility with a wide range of Access Control Systems. With one-click issuance and management of mobile access credentials, mobile credentialing becomes easy and efficient.
